Agendus gives you more power and control by allowing you to

Agendus not only simplifies routine operations but
extends Palm Desktop's overall functionality.
For those of you with a large address book, Agendus offers
an extensive array of options for you to sort, group and
filter your contacts so you can find them quickly and
easily. Type in any part of your contact's name and Agendus
will search by filtering matching characters.
There are many ways to access your schedule; arrange your
calendar in day, week, month, year view or more subviews to
see as little or as much detail as you need.
Among the many calendar views, version 4.2 now has a new
5-day Week View Grid Mode that enables you to view your
whole work week in the best detail possible. Experiment
with different views to find one that best complements your
schedule.
With version 4.2, your today view slots are now fully
collapsible and organizable via drag & drop. See what you
want the way you want to see it. Collapse overview slots
you don't need to save space for views that take up more
space.
Whether you're tech savvy or not, Agendus for Windows
offers a very intuitive interface to make your navigation
much easier. You can include personalize icons, colors,
photos and etc. to make your schedule more personal,
exciting and easy to spot.
Agendus makes routine operations less tedious.
With time-saving features such as capture text, you no
longer have to type as much. Instead, you can populate
contacts, meetings, tasks, calls and memo dialogs with text
you capture from anywhere in Palm Desktop.
Search for an available time slot in your busy schedule
using the Free Time Finder. Once you find an open slot,
quickly create new meetings, calls, or tasks from one of
our templates straight from the Time Finder dialog.
Add a voice recording or a sketch to the new appointment to
further remind yourself or help you keep track of details.

convenience.
Agendus links to the Internet to bring you useful
"Over-The-Air" information such as "Today in History",
Quote of the Day, Weather, Driving Directions and Address
Lookup right from your Today view.
Now available in version 4.2, you can map addresses or get
directions through Google Earth using your contacts. No need
to cut and paste addresses - just right-click to map out the
addresses from your contacts. Easily get directions to or
from anywhere or see an aerial view of your neighborhood
using Google Earth.
Agendus for Windows is fully compatible with your
current synchronization setup. Just download and play.

with your Outlook data source without downloading and
